Integrated Model of the Vu Gia Thu Bon (VGTB) River Basin - DGHM, all

WP 6 addressed the adaptation of JAMS and J2000 to the Vu Gia Thu Bon River Basin on the one hand and on the other hand it aimed at integrating the various models of WP 3, WP 4 and WP 5 to a final one.

Different objectives have been achieved:

  • During the research visit of Vietnamese partners from INHEM and CTIC in September 2011 they were introduced into the JAMS/J2000 modeling system and the HRU-Delineation concept and tool. They are able to use and explain the model to users in Vietnam and started to translate the model interface into Vietnamese.
  • There is a wide range of models for which an interface for the OpenMI Standard has been developed. To make JAMS OpenMI compliant, a module for data import and export with the OpenMI (Version 1.4) interface has been developed and has been implemented. The first tests, i.e. coupling of two simple JAMS models were successful.
